Session Agreement w/Riley Rivera
1. The person(s) requesting
to be the Director are responsible for their own travel and accommodation
expenses to and from Columbus, OH or the city in question.
2. Deposit for the session is required no less than one
week prior to session date. Deposit is 50% of session rate. The rate for the
session is depending on amount of time you would like to direct. In the event
that session is cancelled by you, deposit is non-refundable. In the event that
I have to cancel the session I will refund deposit 100%. At the beginning of
the session the remainder 50% will be paid otherwise session will be cancelled
and deposit will not be refunded.
3. If for some reason a
conflict, misunderstanding or disagreement occurs, I have the right to correct
this error and to straighten it out to the best of my ability.
4. The person that requests
to be the Director is in full agreement with the outlined rules stated above
and will abide by them.
5. This offer is open
to anyone who meets the criteria listed above. You do not have to be a
member to participate. I do have the right to disallow a person or couple from
participating in the shoot if they break a rule or if a person or couple
attempts to shows up or becomes intoxicated from any substance, the session
will be immediately terminated.
6. I do plan to have a
lot of fun with you. However, due to legal reasons, I cannot offer a
sexual encounter as a part of this session. Fetish Sessions & fantasy dates
include LEGAL Domination & Fetish Activities.
7. If you are invited
to join me in some pictures, you will be required to supply 2 forms of ID and
to sign the required SC release forms. The photos will only be placed on
my SC site and you can request that face pictures be limited or to the members
area only.
"I have read all of
the rules and guidelines of the Direct a Shoot. Under no circumstances am I to
expect more than what is outlined in the rules and guidelines of the Direct a
Shoot. I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand proof of age
are to be provided prior to the start of the shoot. I am not now, have been, or
any way associated with any law enforcement or government agency that is
associated within any type of law enforcement agency. I am participating in the
Direct a Shoot on my own free will and have not been coerced, directed or
employed for a reason of entrapment.
